Crouching Tiger is a bold yerba mate with a smoky, herbaceous flavour and a pleasantly bitter edge. It is made for long, focused days and can be prepared traditionally in a gourd or more simply in a French press.

How to prepare

For a French press, use about 5 g per 250 ml and infuse at approximately 80°C for 5 minutes. Avoid boiling water.
